With the extra time I have during the lockdown, I dedicated the time to delve further to learn and understand the process of baking, refining the recipes I made and reigniting the love that I have always had for baking .
Messi, meaning Gift/ Favour of God, was created as word got around and I received many orders for the many things I baked. MessiDough specialises in tarts and banana walnut cakes and the occasional special bakes for many different occasions.
